(PMDN), as a subsidiary unit of PT. Bakrie Autoparts (BA), which has a
specialization in FOUNDRY industry producing Casting and Finish
Machining
(FC & FCD) to meet the needs of automotive spare-part
component, diesel engine component, heavy duty parts, water pumps
component, concrete railways sleepers and other general casting.
that firstly under the name of PT BUM (Bina Usaha Mandiri) and where in
1993 there was a transfer of ownership so that the name of the company
changed into PT. BUMM (Bina Usaha Mandiri Mizusawa), the development
continued
in 1996 through factory expansion with more adequate
facilities, and starting operational production in 1997 by set an
installed capacity target of 6000 tons per year.
and in November 2005 got certificate of ISO 14001: 2004 January 2010
Upgrading ISO 9001: 2008 standard change, and In May 2013 got the
certificate of ISO / TS 16949: 2009.
In June 2006 there was a transfer of ownership
(Acquisition) from PT.
BUMM to PT. Kencana Untaian Prima (PT.KUP), then on December 18, 2010
there was a transfer from PT. KUP to PT. Bakrie Tosanjaya
